The Context
Modern companies generate and manage an overwhelming amount of information: documents, emails, reports, audio and video recordings. Retrieving and interpreting this data is often time-consuming, error-prone, and fragmented across multiple systems.
Follia was designed to centralize and simplify this process, using artificial intelligence to automatically interpret, organize, and make information accessible, while seamlessly integrating with existing business tools like CRMs and enterprise software.

The Process
The design of Follia followed an iterative, user-centered approach. From early research to final prototypes, every step was focused on creating a platform that combined powerful AI with a seamless user experience.

Design System – A bold visual language (black, yellow, and white) with light & dark modes for clarity and flexibility.
